Job Description

    Requirements :a) Must Have :- Translate business needs to technology strategy- Implement the best practices and coding standards of the project- Eliminate technical roadblocks across various engineering functions- Strong understanding of software development life cycle to execute the end to end application development- Write the codes and understanding the complex codes of developers to meet the coding standards- Strong experience of developing web portals and API frameworks using .Net (ASP .Net, C#) or .Net Core web development frameworks- Deploy CI/CD pipelines for .net based applications- Expert knowledge of unit & integration testing- Expert working knowledge of .Net skills- C#, MVC, TSQL, LINQ, Windows Applications and Entity framework- Expert working knowledge of front end technologies like Javascript, HTML and CSS- Expert working knowledge of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)- Expert working knowledge of SQL/LINQ query performance optimization techniques- Creative problem-solving skills- Strong communication skills- Good team player- Can take effective independent decisions- Effective and timely visibility of true project status to senior management- Efficient escalation management- Efficient work prioritisation and delegation- Effective team designing skillsb) Should Have : - Working in Agile development methodologies- Azure IAAS/PAAS knowledge- Azure server monitoring and alerts- Highly analytical, data-driven and process-oriented mind set- Effective process management and process design - Good sense of prioritization and time management- Effective process management and process design- Effective team core skill valuation and upscalingc) Could Have :- Certification in Microsoft .Net or other Microsoft related technologies- Experience with mobile DevOps procedures,
