    Greetings Candidates, Teleperformance is hiring professionals for the role of Team Leader for Chat/E-mail Process for Mohali location.Team leader - Chat/E-mail Process Details below :Designation : Team Leader (Chat/E-mail) Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate Experience : Min. 1-2 Years (in any BPO format) Location : Mohali1. Answer incoming queries through email or chat and take appropriate actions 2. Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company 3. Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes 4. Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input 5.
