Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations maybe made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
    • 3PL (Emerson, Ship fusion, Amware) Transfer order receipt in NetSuite
    • Creating inbound in 3PL system and in NetSuite
    • Creating VAS Projects in 3PL system
    • Exception handling (switching SKUs + splitting orders in 3PL system)
    • FBA international labels, shipping docs creation
    • FBA labels for all Amazon inbound shipments
    • Farapp and Celigo monitoring for errors and exceptions
    • Fulfillment of Emerson orders in NetSuite
    • Monitoring previous month sales orders fulfillment
    • Monitoring Sales orders in Shopify and pending approval in NetSuite
    • NetSuite order creation through CSV upload for Emerson
    • NetSuite Transfer order receipt (Amazon)
    • Purchase orders receipts from all CMOs
    • Entering and Monitoring manual Sales orders (eCom B2B, Samples, Lab tests etc.)
    • Ship station check errors and exception
    • SPS commerce (Acknowledgement, ASN, Invoicing)
    Desired Candidate ProfileEducation/Experience: Bachelors degree.Language Ability: Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Computer Skills: Microsoft Excel experience is required, including knowledge of Excel formulas/functions. Person should be able to understand all Microsoft 360 products, NetSuite etc.Should be open to working in US Shifts ( Night)Perks and BenefitsBest in the Industry ,
