  • Keep management updated: Develop and Administer Power BI Projects with Building reporting models
  • Impact the bottom line: Work on Development of visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI Desktop and Connecting to data sources, importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence
  • Define Sutherland s reputation: Ensure all the deliverables meets the client s business needs and address their problem statement
  • Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with end-users and /or team members; understand their needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations as agreed
  • Take the lead: Understand the business requirements and develop data models accordingly and Develop unit tests and provides code coverage to accurately test business logic and functionality with good experience in Project Documentation.
QualificationsOur most successful candidates will have:
  • Overall 6+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in creating Data visualization BI dashboards and good working experience in MS Power BI for creating Dashboards by connecting to the Data source (OnPrem/Cloud)
  • Excellent analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports and able to implement row level security on data and have an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI
  • Proficient in making DAX Queries in Power BI desktop with strong quantitative knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Expertise in using advance level calculations on the data set and able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards
  • Experience in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements and knowledge in designing and developing ETL SSIS packages.
  • Strong knowledge in RDBMS concepts.
