Advisor Digital Analytics and Data ScienceDell s Digital Analytics and Data Science is hiring an eBusiness Advisor to be part of the analytics team. This is a global team responsible for analytics and insights for Multi Billion $ online B2B business. Work of this team influences actions of Global Sales Team, Online Business Managers, Sales Operations team and features and roadmaps considered by engineering development team for purpose of growing online sales with Dell B2B Customers.Join us as an Advisor on our Digital Analytics and Data Science team in India to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you ll achieve As an Advisor you will be working with business leaders to help formulate data driven strategies.You will:
• You will be working on structured and unstructured data set to help deliver actionable analytics and dashboards.
• Responsible for exploring existing or new data sets, acquire new data sets, transform them to do analytics.
• You will be responsible for delivering these solutions using a visualization tool (like PBI/Tableau) which is easy to consume by business team and drive actions.

• Education MBA/ degree in business administration or Bachelor s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science/IT, Applied Science, Math, Statistics
• 5-8 years of experience with at least 2+ years providing highly-actionable analytics
• Highly skilled in data querying using SQL/ Hive
• Advanced Excel skills, using OLAP cubes to help drive automation
• Skilled in visualization tools Power Bi/Tableau
Desirable Requirements
• Previous experience in web analytics in B2C or B2B domains
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey analytic insights effectively to both IT and business audiences
