We are looking for an SME in MumbaiShow More We offerResponsible for the implementation of the Maintenance processes, blueprint and CMMS module of IFS 10 system in the operational controlled terminals of APMTDrive standardization of processes, data and systems through implementing standard Way of Working (WoW) with the Asset Maintenance communityShow More Key responsibilitiesPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESHEALTH SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTALEnsure compliance with HSSE policies and procedures, enforcing safe working practices and promoting a safe workplace for all warehouse related operationsContribute to maintaining a strong safety culture within APMT operations PERFORMANCE/OPERATIONALCoordinate the WoW training for the Asset Maintenance community by the end of IFS 10 project timelineSupport the implementation of IFS 10 CMMS module in the operational controlled entities of APMT TerminalsDrive standardization through implementing standard global processes, global data and one way of working in IFS 10Align local maintenance plans with the global standard plans for every terminal under the IFS 10 projectDrive an active process improvement community in cooperation with the Lean Academy and People Skills initiatives to sustain and develop the use of global standard processesSTRATEGYContribute to the development and achievement of Maersk short, middle and long-term objectivesDevelop and implement a standard way of working within Asset MaintenanceDevelop a community with Asset Maintenance that trains within the terminals using lean tools and train the trainer conceptsRESOURCE MANAGEMENTPromote the utilization of the APMT Global Asset Maintenance team to the benefit of all TerminalsInvolve and leverage the skills and knowledge of the Global Asset Maintenance communityInvolve lean champions from the lean academy to improve the Asset Maintenance processesPEOPLE/COMMUNICATIONSEnsure clear communication with both internal and external clients Build collaborative relationships with associated divisions and external partiesBuild a strong global process community to have a large expert group that is available to support in global and local challengesEnsure compliance with APMT Group values and business principles COST MANAGEMENTManage time, cost and materials during the implementation projectDrive cost leadership through standardizationShow More We are looking forMinimum Masters university degree in related industry. Minimum 5 years experience in an operational Asset Maintenance or facility management related environmentAt least 5 years of international experience, preferably in an asset-heavy industryExperience in a strong service oriented, stakeholder-management-required environmentExperience in training and change management in different environmentsPractical, analytical mindset Understanding of Asset life cycle principles, its processes and requirementsUnderstanding of IFS CMMS/Inventory modules is preferredUnderstanding of ISO 55000 or other Asset Management certifications is preferred Understanding of operational drivers and human factors and ability to act on improvements and spread of best practice Structured, driven, self-motivating and result orientated Highly disciplined following through on actions and ensuring necessary documentation High quality awareness and ability to work with constant care Sensitive to cultural diversity and experience in a multicultural environment, with respect to employees, local authorities and other stakeholders Strong communication skills and ability to influence Excellent written English and verbal communication, any additional languages are considered as an advantageShow More,
