Job Description

The key responsibilities are to provide accurate and data-based information on company s profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity and will have to research and analyze financial information to help company make well informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements.

Job Description

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Preparation of monthly MIS for different business streams and departments.
  • Monitor the key metrics of each of the business units and the company as a whole.
  • Provide the basis of integrating key business metrics with the financials.
  • Consolidation of departmental MIS to the company level.
  • Analyze key variances on a monthly basis and the impact on the financials.
  • Preparation of annual budgets and monitoring monthly performance based on this.
  • Generate both periodic and adhoc reports as needed.
  • Providing trend analysis and insights on productivity margins.
  • Providing recommendations based on the analysis.

Job Specifications

  • CA Qualified or MBA Finance
  • Nature of Experience: Strong in Excel and in extracting mining data
  • Length of Experience: Fresher to 03 years.

Skill Set Personality Traits required:

  • In-depth understanding of the business is essential.
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines on reporting and analysis.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
