Job Description

    Job Title : Anaplan Model Builder with Industry Exp in Metals, Semiconductor, Healthcare, RetailLocation Any LocationJob Responsibilities :
    • Implement full scale business process solutions in Anaplan related to various planning functions for supply chain, finance, workforce and other departments.
    • Engage in requirement gathering, gap analysis and design scoping
    • Model business solutions from scratch in Anaplan through system design, setup and configuration
    • Customize and enhance existing solutions as per business requirements for enhancing current functionalities and to add new functionalities
    • Perform solution testing and work with business to carry out system and user acceptance testing
    • Assist with data integration requirements between external sources and Anaplan
    • Provide post-implementation support for all delivered models and fix bugs reported by business users in various Anaplan components
    • Help in providing training to fellow colleagues regarding Anaplan concepts, learning and built solutions
    The consultant will be expected to:
    • Challenge business requirements and provide recommendations
    • Identify and develop new opportunities of improvement or extension
    • Focus on taking up the mantle of a techno functional Anaplan solutions architect
    • The ideal candidates will be eager to work on new and existing projects and will have the experience and desire to improve operational issues and procedures as well.
    Candidate Must Have
    • Anaplan L2/L3 certification completed, Solution Architect and above is preferred.
    • 5 - 12 years of industry experience, as a business consultant providing supply chain solutions for customers with very strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM). Out of total industry experience, 2-5 years must have been spent in dedicated Anaplan implementations.
    • Good understanding of the planning processes (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Order Promising and others) or Warehouse Management.
    • Good understanding of 1-2 industry processes (Metals, Semiconductor, Healthcare, and others)
    • Must have used Anaplan to manage the above processes
    • Have strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
    Good to Have :
    • APICS Certification in CSCP or Micro Masters in SCM
    • Applications modeling knowledge in Anaplan
    • Technical knowledge or basic concepts about RDBMS, Schema and Environments
    • Knowledge on simple querying using SQL
    • Experience in Agile way of working
