• Facility Executive will supervise all break down calls in co-ordination with the multi skilled technicians across all shifts.
• Supervise minor maintenance work with technicians and ensure on time
• Completion Supervise HVAC system in coordination with the building management for floors & critical areas
• Take daily briefing of Security and House Keeping staff
• Maintaining log books & PPM reports
• Ensure upkeep of facilities at all times and ensure adherence to the PPM Plan
• Liasioning with the building management for day to day related tasks
• Support facility team as per requirement and business need.
• Prepare and maintain the facility technical data sheet and report including MSDS
• Ensure all facility equipment and machines are in workable condition and AMCs are in place & active.
• Ensure all safety guidelines/requirements are adhered to by team members / contractors / external vendors.
• To provide necessary supports & assistance to the AMC vendor during
• Breakdown/shutdown activities.
• Operation and maintenance of all LT and HT electrical panels
• Operation and Maintenance of Air Handling Units (AHU s)
• Operation and maintenance of UPS system
• Operation and Maintenance of Fire Alarm System (EST3)
• Carrying out equipment preventive maintenance.
• Maintenance of checklist.
• Operations & Maintenance of Chillers
• Working & Operating Knowledge of BMS System
• Operation and maintenance of Diesel Generators
• Repair and maintenance of home appliances and general electrical equipment
• Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
• Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocates work.
• Monitor overall securities guards and housekeeping staff.
