Job Description

Continuous improvement is at the heart of our business success. That s where you come in. You ll be leading the team that updates, improves, and troubleshoots our Point of Sale (POS) applications to reduce our technical debt. You will make sure that our Developers/Leads use clean and lean coding practices to increase usability without compromising performance. Since time to market has a big impact on our success, you ll create a sense of urgency to remove any barriers to your team s productivity.

  • Leading a team of SAP Admins (Oracle/HANA DBAs) and production scheduling teams.
  • Running highly complex, technically sophisticated projects.
  • Driving optimization and user experience of Mobile POS solutions.
  • Driving architecture for SAAS.
  • Crafting and streamlining processes.
What we re looking for.You have the technical skills and enjoy leading teams to deliver results that make a difference. When there are challenges, people look to you for solutions. You are very good at keeping the lines of communication open to keep things moving in the right direction. Multitasking is second nature for you, and a fast-paced, complex environment is where you thrive.You ll need to have:
  • Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a team leader role.
  • Willingness to work occasional overnight hours.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Java/J2EE, JS, ATG, or Endeca programming experience.
  • UNIX, iOS, and/or Windows experience.
  • Experience across the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and techniques.
  • Project management experience.
Additional qualifications:
  • SAP S/4 HANA SCM Functional experience.
  • Additional experience in SAP IBP or SAP CAR.
  • E2E project management experience.
  • Good Problem Solving skill.
  • People Management Experience.
