    Applications invited for Internshipat AIMMSCR - 02-04-2021 - Adv/AUUP/HR/21/090 Advertisement Date: 01-04-2021 Adv/AUUP/HR/21/090 AMITY UNIVERSITY Inviting Applications for Internship Recently DST has initiated a programme Vritika under which an Internship is initiated for highly motivated, research-oriented Post-graduate students from Universities, Colleges, Private Academic Institutions, etc. for their scientific career pursuits by developing dedicated research skills in selected fields of Science and Engineering through training and internship for 2 months. This programme would facilitate students to choose a career path in science and technology at a later stage. There is vacancy for 2 Interns at Amity Institute of Molecular Medicine & Stem Cell Research (AIMMSCR) to work on Isolation and characterization of Cancer Stem cells from breast cancer cell lines under the supervision of Prof. B.C. Das, Chairman, AIMMSCR . Applications are invited for above positions from students who meets following criteria: Post-graduate in Life Sciences/Medical Sciences/Allied subjects having preliminary knowledge in cell and molecular biology, cell culture and stem cell biology. Intern will get a support amount Rs.15,000/- per month which can be utilized for meeting accommodation and daily necessary expenses such as stationery, consumables, food etc. The Internship will be from 1 st May to 30 th June 2021 Interested candidates can apply by sending a brief CV by 15 th April, 2021.
