Job Description

    *Channel Marketing OEM Job Purpose 1. Program manager for OEM Pipe: Grow the OEM Channel with focus on One SE approach. This is a key role and requires a blend of people skills, technical knowledge, and business experience. Key responsibilities:
    • Planning & Forecasting: Define and enable the operations for the OEM pipe and explore new opportunities to drive growth targets. Understand micro and macroeconomics and their impact on the OEM pipe.
    • Build & Execute the Annual Business Plans across divisions with specific growth areas of various Schneider offerings & growth within focused/targeted segments.
    • Drive the marketing plans and programs for the relevant segments within OEM pipe in alignment with global OEM GTM and respective offer teams.
    • Determine market potential in targeted application within the segment and align with respective teams to enhance the share of wallet with existing & new customers. Work with the activity leaders and relevant sales / BD team to drive specific initiatives.
    • Analyze market dynamics, top down and bottoms up market estimation, vertical segmentation and analysis, growth sectors, focus products & sales feedback to management.
    • Develop an engagement plan for Key Accounts. Work with GAM s and establish local engagement to drive key activity growth with the said accounts. Ensure dashboard reporting both locally and with global teams.
    • Work with Marcom, Digital Marketing & Sales Teams to animate the OEM partners. Drive upskilling sessions and engage the channel through digital initiatives and specific channel programs.
    • Drive Digital Adoption Be it in terms of digital engagement / data analysis. Drive active user base with interface on MySchneider
    The role requires strong techno commercial skills with exposure to both transactional & solution sales with strategic thinking capabilities. Significant level of networking skills, cross functional influencing & collaboration with strong engagement with both local & global stakeholders is a must.Qualifications: Graduate Engineering with degree in Business Management will be added advantage. Experience Requirements 10-15 years of experience in sales / business development in the fields of industrial automation, electrical switchgear, OEM s, Channel Sales, Solution Sales etc.Experience in presenting as a thought leader to key stakeholders / large groupsGood analytical and presentation skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as negotiation and influencing skills in a multicultural & matrix environment both with internal organizations and within client organizations,
