Job Description

Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting status of claims for the outstanding balances on patient accounts and taking appropriate actions.
Manage A/R accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
Must possess good communication skill with neutral accent.
Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.
Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.

Comfortable with night shift
Comfortable with WFO-Work from office
Having excellent English communication
Ready to join immediately.
Graduates (Freshers)

Annual CTC 2,50,000 PA
12,500 Take Home + Night Shift allowance 100 Per day( Every Month ) + 5k performance Incentives + 3,000 Retention Bonus ( After 6Months )
Saturday and Sunday Fixed Week Offs.
18 Months SLA. ( Service Level agreement).
2 Way Cab Facility (within 25 Km Radius )
