Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesNeed to build and maintain strong sales team of Fruit & Vegetables for Standlone Super Market and National Level Super Market.Develop the beet plan for the territoryEnsure month on month sales targets and collectionsTo coordinate with Operations, Finance, Quality and procurement team for successful deliveryResponsible for daily, weekly and monthly reportsShould be able identify the root cause for issues and resolve on own and give excellent support to the team.Develop a good brand image the market in spite of several challenges and issuesNeed to be very matured and optimistic and strong enough in handling tremendous pressureShould build the strong sales team on ownDesired Candidate ProfileShould have minimum 5 years of work experience in F&V sales or Any other FMCGShould be a strong team leaderNeed to be very matured in handling under tremendous pressureShould have ability to manage the various stake holdersShould be exceptionally good in customer orientationShould have strong sales track recordShould be preferably a graduateCandidate should produce the previous proper employment proofsCandidate should not be job hopper
