We help some of the largest and most exciting companies globally to modernize their networks to meet the demands of a digital future.Pricing Transformation - Finance/Pricing lead in country, working cross functionally with:

  • Strategy Ops (PMO) - to align the country pricing transformation strategy/blueprint
  • Sales Ops - to operationalize the overall Process & Tool requirement, workflow change, and sales/partner MOC (as appropriate) plus continuous improvement
  • Category Managers - to assess the overall P&L impact & requirement are addressed
  • Finance/Pricing - to ensure finance view from the P&L management and Compliance & Control (delegation matrix, policies (e.g. EUV, MCC usage), Audit finding, etc) are considered. Continuous update and simplification to ensure relevant to driving business outcome
  • Other business team: Sales Team, Channel Ops Team, etc
SPOC for Audit & Compliance:
  • Own the country delegation matrix together with category managers
  • Monitor / take part in the process Design & Effectiveness from Finance controlling perspective - work with and leverage Sales Ops
  • Fronting Auditors form Finance/Pricing standpoint during audit exercise
  • Business control & risk management: grey marketing avoidance, EUV, MCC usage - work with Region Pricing/Business Risk Management Team to ensure business integrity and impact
  • Others: SOX Compliance, Fair Value, AFM standards, etc
LMC Recovery Plan Tracker, to improve:
  • The Investment Accounts Performance
  • Sales Reps Accountability on the Recovery Plan
  • Ensure data quality e.g. mark deal won, cancel deal
Big Deal Management
  • Early Engagement and pricing support of Strategic and Complex bids eg. Rate contract
  • Interaction with Country Manager
  • Review country pricing escalated deals for completeness, integrity of pricing, deal structure/vendor refund, and risk mitigation of any non-standard T&C and potential revenue recognition requirement/concession
TPL Pricing Management (No Touch/Low Touch)
  • Review and approval of TPL pricing
Continuous improvement on Pricing policy execution
  • Forex impact exposure assessment
Daily coaching of Sales and category BU on Pricing related matters (Pricing Consultant)
  • Process
  • Pricing strategy: discount% /margin% target
Others
  • Support Forecast accuracy by providing the deals information on timely and best estimated basis
  • Responsible for P&L margin target/improvement
Education and Experience
  • High school or equivalent secondary education certification required
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Pricing Role
