Job Description

    Hi CandidatesGreetings of the dayWe are hiring for,Assistant Manager - Corporate CommunicationCorporate Communications:Coordinate with business and agency to meet the external communications objectives.Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials.Seeks new methods and creative strategies to increase external awareness of key events of the organization including the launch of new products, special events, community service, and other topics of interest.Prepare detailed media activity reports.Understand the companys projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready.Work with different departments to generate new ideas and strategies.Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner (Crisis Management)Events:Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.Coordinate all operations.Lead promotional activities for the event.Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.Analyze the events success and prepare reports.Requirements:Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or relevant field.A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role.Proven experience creating targeted content and hosting international events is advantageous.Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Work Experience Required - 3-6 yearsCTC offered 10-12 L per annumJob Location(s) - ChennaiIndustry Type - ManufacturingRegards,Hr Team
