Job Description

As our new Assistant Manager, Head of Detection and Response India you will be part of managing a growing team of personnel that protect and actively secure Ramboll s Global IT Network. You will be responsible for the day to day interaction of the IT Security Analysts and how they respond to threats and attacks against our networks. Bring a collaborative sprit and a can-do attitude as you lead and shape this technical team. Your job will consist of both developing the personnel professionally and using the tools Ramboll uses to protect and defend its information and networks.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Hire new IT Security
  • Manage a team IT Security Analysts
  • Monitor IT systems, networks, and respond to IT security alarms
  • Drive continuous improvement of Ramboll s monitoring and response capabilities
  • Collaborate with other teams and groups from around the world within Ramboll to understand business impact and incident response actions
  • Build team unity and capability as we continue to improve protection and defence of Ramboll s information and networks.
  • Participate in threat hunting activities
Your starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
  • M.S. in Computer security with an emphasis on Computer Security
  • Min. 7 years of experience as an IT Security Analyst or incident response role in a large multinational company
  • Experience with common information security management frameworks, such as International Organization for Standardisation (ISO) 27000 suite, ITIL, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), CSI CSC 20 etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Azure, Cisco security products and services, and other EDR and SIEM solutions
  • Able to supervise and ensure development several technical analysts
  • Make decisions of an operational nature to secure our networks and keep business functions running
  • Support Head of Detection and Response in duties assigned
These skills are not strictly required but will be helpful in this role:
  • Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA) certification
  • GIAC GCIH, GCFA, GNFA, GCIA or similar certification
  • Network certification
  • Security certification
  • Linux experience in general
  • Python or PowerShell experience
  • Penetration testing skills
