Job Description

    *Should be able to manage multiple projects, containing several work streams, of moderate complexity to the agreed time and quality standards, to be the main day to day contact for the client, pro-actively investing in generating quality client relationships and understanding the broader business needs, lead on projects delivering high quality work on time and as per budgets. To contribute to the overall success and support junior team members by coaching effectively to deliver work to a high quality within the appropriate time scales and adhering to the methodologies, building an understanding of internal processes. Key Responsibilities
    • Leading by example ensuring client needs, quality and adding value remain at forefront of decision making
    • Identify challenges and raise them with managers and Engagement Team time to ensure quality and timeliness.
    • Take a supervisory step to review the deliverables assigned to team and demonstrate business acumen in the project done
    • Understanding client needs and takes responsibility and pride in ensuring the delivery of high quality work
    • Actively seeks, embrace and acts upon 360 feedback
    • Help others understand how their work contributes to the overall success of a project and KPMG.
    • Encourages and motivates team members to achieve targets and to spot new business opportunities
    • Participate in identification of potential cost-saving opportunities at Firm level
    • Proactively engage in cross-functional communication and sharing of information
    • Build co-operative relationships and fosters an environment in which everyone s opinion is valued.
