Job Description

Meeting contractual requirements, SLAs, KPIs for aligned accounts, meeting C-Sat requirements for aligned clientWorked on BOM Grading, Scrubbing, including part number , manufacturer name, component description, packaging information, lifecycle status & RoHS/WEEE Compliance report etcAssign RoHS Compliance Status and Provide Alternate RoHS compliant Part Numbers.Work with design engineers to provide Certificates of Compliance or other acceptable compliance data to the Environmental Data Management Team (EDM team).Coordinate with different teams to ensure update of drawings and other Engineering documents (ECN/ECO).Perform REACH Analysis collect FMD, verification / validation.Responsible for documentation and propose solutions for all the business tasks.Data Analysis of in-house parts and external 3rd party data provider.Work with team on Material Declaration Reports (MDR) and other reports /Correspondence/interaction with Manufacturers. Perform Bill of Material (BOM) Cleanup including data integrity issues, invalid and missing data.Study of part change information issued by manufacturers and its impact on RoHS, Pb-free termination finish, FFF (form, fit, function), End of life of parts impacted and updating the specification of parts accordingly.Assigning Valid Part Numbers & proficient to technical Datasheets/Drawings. Giving Electrical parametric information (Current, Voltage, Package, Technology RAM Capacity, Temperature, and Power Ratings).Selection & set up of parts (components & devices) in database and their specification along with Manufacturers Information, revision levels and their change histories. Obsolescence tracking - Identification of Obsolete and End of Life components to find their Replacement/Alternate versions.Collects RoHS Data for all respective in-scope parts for BOM scrub /NPI and update them using Material Compliance Connect (MCC).Discuss requests for new COTS (Commercial off the shelf) and raw material parts with Engineers, Project Mangers, Project Engineers and Designers.Facilitate the Lean Concepts in terms of 5S, 6 Sigma, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Kaizen by interacting with different departments to create better connection & communication.Knowledge of working on PLM software (AGILE) and ERP (SAP).,
