The candidate will be responsible for supporting the control functions for Trade and Transaction reporting, focusing on reconciliations for European, APAC & US regulations [ESMA, CFTC, HKTR, HKMA, MAS, JFSA]What will you be doing Ensuring the team execute reporting requirements and regulatory changes would be part of daily responsibilities. Daily monitoring of volume inflows and break numbers within reconciliations Performing Reconciliation of the trade position and daily MTM reported to regulator, initial break investigation, query monitoring, JIRA management and resolution Various MI creation and distribution, capturing volume inflow, break numbers and break analysis across EMEA, APAC and US jurisdiction. Liaise with teams across Technology, Compliance, Reference Data and DTCC Candidate should have a sound understanding of OTC products and Fixed Income Securities. Understanding of Regulations is preferable skill set. Understanding of OTC Trade Lifecycle is a must. Fostering excellent working relationship with internal counterparts (extended teams in other Global Locations, IT, Desk, Sales team, Trade Support, Confirmations, Legal, Finance). Strong analytical skills required to help the team perform complex analysis on the volumes and process flow to identify the root cause if noncompliance and or issues are encountered Strong/Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly articulate complicated issues to senior management and other impacted areas and ensure timely resolution of issues. Work in collaboration with the global TTRO teams to achieve and surpass business expectationsWhat we re looking for : Degree level or relevant experience within a similar / comparable banking environment. Ability to network and build rapport and credibility quickly with a variety of key stakeholders (FO, Ops Senior Management, IT). Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, including and not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPointSkills that will help you in the role Self-Starter, confident and proactive. Desire to make an impact. Time Management and deadline delivery. Excellent analytical skills.
