Job Description

    We are looking for corporate lawyers with 1-2 years PQE of working with any firm/ in-house team/ research center in subject matters relating to corporate laws, regulatory approvals, technology and IP laws.Qualification:- The candidate must be a graduate of law with proficiency in drafting. Fluency in speaking English and Hindi is a must.- Any of the following skills will be preferred:- Experience of advising startups/ corporates on regulatory, licensing and compliance matters.- Drafting of contracts, negotiations, due diligence of commercial transactions.- Research and advisory on Companies Act, Information Technology laws, investment laws etc.- Understanding of trademark, copyright and intellectual property laws.Job Requirements:Job location is in ChennaiWe are looking for lawyers who have the ability to advise startups/ SMEs and break down complex legal issues in a concise and precise manner.The candidate should possess the ability to work diligently without much supervision.Salary: Negotiable and as per industry standards.Affiliation to Bar Council of Delhi or Maharashtra is an add-on.,
