Our Values : Integrity in everything we do | empathy towards all | serve with passion | focused on scale About the role :- GiveIndia is looking for a hands-on, detail oriented and highly motivated individual to manage the NGO operations of GiveIndias Subscription Giving product.- As an owner, the candidate will have end to end responsibility for managing the NGO relationships, engagements, monitoring, reporting and creative dialogues with NGOs for launching new programs.- This candidate would be required to collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to drive growth of the product, develop, implement and monitor the monthly giving programs. Responsibilities : - Lead NGO communications and engagements for the monthly giving product- Take hard timelines on donor deliverables and commit to them- Work on content for the programs and donor reports and lead agency level conversations for the same- Work with the business head and product head to implement growth and marketing strategies- Program management for implementation of new programs along with the tech and marketing teams- Own end-to-end NGO retention and delight strategy and implementation Qualifications : - 5+ years of prior relevant experience in consulting/management/growth/social sector organizations- Strong analytical and problem solving skills- Prior experience in e-commerce domain is a plus- Strong communication skills, Detail-oriented- Masters/MBA is preferred but not required- Proven experience of working in cross-functional projects- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines,
