  • Financial tracking and analysis for collation and reporting for R/CFCC COO under GBS G
  • Collation of Risk and CFCC Scorecards and Productivity Reporting
  • Preparing monthly financial and headcount reviews for Group Risk and CFCC
  • MI tracking, consolidation and reporting
  • Presentations for working groups, PgSC, management team meetings
  • In the finance systems management for Group Risk and CFCC (manage list of open cost centres, balance sheet confirmations, Golf adjustments etc)
  • Ad-hoc financial and headcount reporting for Risk and CFCC
  • Periodic review and reconciliation of JFF and BFS tagging
  • Prepare the quarterly resource update for Head of CFCC update to the Group Audit Committee
  • Other workforce and property management support
  • Tracking onshore headcount reduction and offshore increase in GBS/Hubs
  • Respond to requests from senior management to develop tactical, bespoke analyses to address urgent needs.

  • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations for the team and work in collaboration with RCFCC Productivity teams at the group.

  • Ensure a full understanding of the risk and control environment in area of responsibility

  • Have awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Comfortable working in a single contributor role and/or small team challenging risk-decisions made by more senior staff.
  • Comfortable looking beyond a purely task-driven approach and able to take ownership of the wider objective, while seeking for support when required
  • Able to demonstrate Advanced (Band 5b) level of competency in Critical Thinking, Non-Financial Risk Management including Operational Risk, Managing Change and Stakeholder Management.
  • Minimum 13 (Band 5b) years experience in financial institutions and/or BPO/Banks with specialisation in MI and Financial Management.
  • Academic degree from a well-recognised institution
  • Strong sense of integrity and financial independence with an ability to challenge where deemed necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, given the need to deliver consistent and compelling messages to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent analytical, logical, reasoning and problem solving skills.
