Job Description

    Job descriptionWe are looking for AVP Business Development / Sector Lead Business Development, Corporate Services, IndiaLocation:Bangalore, Hyderabad, ChennaiReports toDirector of Business Development.Key Responsibilities
    • Own the sub segment new business goals, targets and strategy.
    • Lead, Manage, Hire a team of self-motivated, go getter sales leads in different geographies.
    • Set high standards in terms of performance both Quantitative (budgets, KPIs etc) and Qualitative (discipline, trust, integrity, behaviors)
    • Manage the annual and quarterly planning processes, which include the development of the business plan, operating model, resource allocation, market segmentation, Target Clients, Geography strategy
    • Work with the cross-functional leadership team (Segment Director, Platforms, Finance, and Marketing) to drive alignment on segment business goals.
    • Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing final recommendations.
    • Own strategic initiatives on both on-going and ad hoc basis, working collaboratively across the sub segment
    • Oversee a people development agenda, including promoting skill building, setting forward-thinking
    • objectives, collaborating across functions and providing opportunities and coaching on effective business partnering.

    Qualification:
    • Post Graduate in Management, Technical, Engineering, hotel management or equivalent practical exp 15+ years of relevant experience in Consultative Sales, preferably in Service Industry.
    • Experience with team management, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading operational and strategic initiatives
    • Experience with a complex, globally scaled product, sales, and engineering environment.
    • Distinctive analytical
    • Candidate should be from B2B background and at present associated with service industry
    • Should be open for extensive travel
    • Should be excellent in communication skills
