Job Description

    Qualification: Engineering graduate in Mechanical or Electrical stream.Experience: Preferable minimum 8-10 yrs. exp in KONE in Data Analytics with Pricing Background.Skills Required:
    • KONE Product Knowledge
    • BOM Knowledge on cost, to understand and optimize list of items in the offering
    • KTOC/Price Tool Knowledge
    • Creative, Drive Change & Performance
    • Good Proactive Communication skills
    • Analytical skills
    • Knowledge on CRM, Product level pricing
    • Organizing and Prioritizing
    • Attention to procedures and guidelines
    • Sound Knowledge on KONE & Competitor Products (for internal)
    Responsibilities & Key activities:
    • KONE Product knowledge & pricing options.
    • Manage KTOC/Price Tool
    • New Product upload in KTOC & Testing price models
    • Identify development opportunities in pricing management areas and contribute to the organization s short and long-term business goals.
    • Drive KONE pricing process and pricing related tools development.
    • Guide and co-work with Front-Line teams to drive pricing excellence and profitability.
    • Drive and contribute to successful deployment of pricing strategy and key programs in close co-operation with Area and Front-Line teams.
    • Support in the creation of pricing concepts.
    • Initiate and drive analytics projects in the field of pricing.
    • Participate in Win plan meetings / Deal reviews to decide on price.
    • Analyze and understand competitive market environment, competitor product & pricing strategy, etc.
    • Participate in order Won / Lost meetings and develop knowledge on sweet spot with FL
    • Import pricing activities & VB MP Pricing development.
    • Good knowledge of key sales enabler tools (Salesforce.com, KTOC) and Qlik Sense analytics development.
    • Solid understanding of price, business principles and risk management
    • Understand VB Business outcome and support for sustainable Order Margin growth as per Budget.
    • Responsible for Monthly Order Booking and periodic MIS reporting to Management.
