Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Were Opening forAsst Manager -DesignRoles & Responsibilities:-
    • Qualification: BE/Diploma (Mechanical)
    • For BE Minimum 10-12 Years Experience from Design & Development and diploma 15 Year experience.
    • Hydraulics Cylinders Design Background Preferred.
    • Desired software: Solid works, AutoCAD, MS Excel, EPR SAP/Odoo, PDM etc.
    • Sound knowledge on technical and Manufacturing process
    • Strong in analytical and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge on Quality inspection
    Job Description/Prefer Skills:
    • Should possess knowledge on Hydraulics design.
    • Should have working knowledge on GD&T
    • Should be good in strong engineering calculations
    • Prepare the Concept Design and verification with calculus & Analysis, Reverse engineering & NPD
    • Proficient to do the 3D modelling/drafting & Concept 3D modelling of Casting, Machining and Forging metal parts.
    • Experience in review of 3D models, Manufacturing drawings, Assembly drawings and BOM preparation
    • Should have good communication skills both Verbal and written communication
    • Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Solid Modelling - Preferably Solidworks Professional (Modelling & Simulations)
    • Must be familiar with industry drafting standards and ANSI Y14.5 1994
    • Knowledge on reverse engineering and Quality inspection
    • Good knowledge on manufacturing process.
    • Preparing, Maintaining & verification of DRN, DAN & DRG MASTR LIST.
    • Process Mapping in ERP & Process drawing preparations and Release the Engineering Standards.
    • Preparation of new Proposals & Part drawings preparations.
