Subject Matter Expertise & Alignment - QSE Best Practice & ComplianceDescribe the Department QSE Best Practice & Compliance is a department in Global QSE that handles quality, safety and environmental tasks.The department supports the units to secure compliance to production documentation and business procedures for all approved production Worldwide and ensure that our quality standards are improved and maintained continuously.The department consists of 9 QSE employees spread throughout the World, where 5 employees are working with Audit. The workplace will be Chennai, India and focus will be on servicing the hole Vestas organization.Responsibilities You, together with your colleagues will be responsible for: ISO Certification: Ensure Vestas Certification to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 including new Legal Entities Facilitate DNV Audit Program: Motivation DNV GL audit program and support affected stakeholders Audit Action closure: Facilitate closure of actions for DNV GL deviations and internal audit Facilitate Vestas Audit Program: Support and facilitate QSE Audit/Assessment program and support Audit Result Reporting to Global QSE ManagementQualifications Relevant engineering degree or similar education as Bachelor or at master level. You have 1 - 5 years experience in a relevant quality position in an international company. You need to be proficient in all Closed loop principles and use them in our day to day business You should be a good communicator and be proficient in English. The job requires some travel activity and you will be able and willing to travel up to app 10 - 20 days pr. yearCompetencies You should be proficient with the Microsoft office package. Experience in quality tools, as well as having a Lead Auditor Certification towards ISO 9001.
