In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of both retail banking and commercial banking operations. You will provide strategic direction, ensure operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer service across multiple banking channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail banking, commercial banking, and proven leadership skills to drive results in a competitive banking environment. What are we looking for Bachelors or Master s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred). Extensive experience (15+ Years) in retail banking, commercial banking, or a related role within the financial industry. Strong knowledge of retail banking products, services, and operations, as well as commercial banking practices. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams, drive results, and manage change. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market conditions and effectively lead in a dynamic business environment. Proficiency in using banking software and technology platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure. Roles and Responsibilities Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of retail banking and commercial banking activities, ensuring efficient and customer-centric services. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with senior management to establish operational goals, policies, and procedures that align with the overall business objectives. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and guidelines in retail banking and commercial banking operations. Drive the development and implementation of new banking products, services, and digital solutions to meet customer needs and market demands. Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and drive innovation. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and stakeholders to foster loyalty and promote business growth. Provide guidance and support to retail banking and commercial banking teams, including performance management, training, and professional development initiatives. Monitor and analyze operational metrics, customer feedback, and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as risk management, compliance, and technology, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of business strategies. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting retail banking and commercial banking operations.
