Job Description

    Positions General Duties and Tasks
    • Lead Quality Analytics and MIS Function for Health plans. Drive initiatives by partnering with Operations teams to rapidly define, design and deploy high performance analytics dashboards and reports impacting operating margin, service levels and client experience.
    • Upskill, coach and train staff in in Business Intelligence, Analytical tools (Power BI etc.,) and best practices to solve operational challenges. Drive a continuous improvement mindset by providing right insights to Management and team members through MIS and reporting formwork
    Requirements for this role include
    • Previous role in MIS (Management Information System), Reporting and Analytics for a top 10 service provider or health insurance / services company with demonstrated results driving high impact Analytics in a rapid paced environment, with minimum 5 years experience
    • Certification with modern Analytics platform / tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and expert in Microsoft excel.
    • Rigorous process improvement training experience with ability to coach and mentor staff to execute powerful and meaning analytics dashboards and reports.
    • Excellent analytical skills across a diverse set of tools with a knack for being highly relatable with operational staff and management
    • Polished verbal and written presentation skills with ability to craft engaging and effective dashboards boards and analysis
    • Six Sigma Green Belt /Black Belt (or equivalent Quality transformation) certification preferred
    • Data-driven and ability to analyze, understand problem and design Management information system frameworks.
