You will be hands on supporting communication with clients, SriSattva execution team and engagement manager as well as coordinating and ensuring adherence to service level expectations agreed with clients. You will be driving implementation of controls and reviews needed to execute client expectations in an error-free and timely manner. In addition, you will also be responsible for execution of accounting / compliance support as needed. You will work on creating reporting processes to provide clients and SriSattva management improved visibility to completed, on-going and planned work executed / executable by SriSattva team.What will you be doing Monitor and report service level adherence on recurring and adhoc activities related to accounting, compliance, HR and payroll support Manage client expectations taking SriSattva teams bandwidth into consideration and plan and agree on execution timelines Coordinate query resolutions in an organised manner Continually identify efficiency improvement opportunities and work with client and SriSattva teams to implement positive changes On need basis, execute accounting and compliance tasks: Revenue, receivables accounting, reconciliation and reporting; Purchase, payables accounting, payments, reconciliation and reporting; Computing and filing periodical returns to support direct and indirect tax compliance (such as TDS, GST); Handle monthly payroll and related benefits accounting and payments (such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Prof Tax, TDS); Other client support activities as needed; Report process issues, identify the root-cause and implement corrective actions to fix issues permanently; Ensure continuous focus on quality and controls as part of delivery.What were looking for Experienced professional (4 to 7 years experience) Knowledge of accounting, tax compliance, HR and payroll processes Aptitude to manage client communications sensitively and ability to set and clarify expectations internally within the organisation and with clients Ability to build trust with clients as a go-to person to resolve their issues and high levels of commitment to meet service level expectations Excellent planning and organising skills to handle work delegation and follow-up to completion seamlessly Ability to partner with internal teams to get work done A quick learner with a track record of being actively learning / acquiring knowledge, skills and attitude Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Excellent MS-Excel skills with ability to manage data and develop and show-case useful insights Add on: Academic or professional qualifications; Add on: An excellent general academic track record;Where will you be working ChennaiAbout SriSattva SriSattva is a fast-growing growth strategy consulting firm that provides business and finance strategy consulting and hand-holds clients through implementation of strategies to help them achieve business growth.
