Job Description

    Job DescriptionRequirements:Business Needs Identification - Work with the client directly to understand the existing operations and challenges and propose integrated solutions and consult areas for improvement.Business Analysis & Planning - Proficient in scoping and recommending appropriate approaches. Capable of planning and managing their own activities to meet deliverables and deadlines.Client Analysis - Effectively identifies the customer needs and builds and maintains relationships according to individual needs and levels of influence. Contributes to communication plans for project and customersProject scope - Responsible for requirements management plans including elicitation, approvals, processes, RAID and scope impacts. Supports the work with the business to identify functional and technical requirements, translating the requirements into design specifications reflecting Functional Design, User Interface Design, Database team, Backend team, AI/ML team. Closely partnering with the Architecture team, ensuring the technical solution will deliver the agreed business benefits.Solution Evaluation - Analyses and assesses solution proposals and able to articulate supporting reasoning. i.e., assessing business readiness, maximizing value vs. spend.Domain Knowledge - Having knowledge or previous work experience relevant to smart cities or industry 4.0 solution development will be an added bonus.Must Have:Education: Graduate Bachelors degree (any stream)Minimum years of experience: 2 to 3 Years of experienceSkill Set:Strong knowledge of business analysis, business products, and IT systems.Strong analytical and problem-solvingUnderstanding and designing of an integrated platformRequirements Elicitation and AnalysisCommunication (Verbal and Written), Decision making skills, effective in planning, scheduling and delegation.Job Types:Full-time, Permanent Work Remotely: No Job Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:2 to 3 YesrsLocation:Candidates preferred from Chennai.
