Job Description

    1. Transformation Experience of preferably working with large banks2. Experience of working with people from different geographies (actual international experience is not mandatory but working/ interacting with people from different geographies is needed)3. Agile/ Scrum experience is highly preferred4. Good communication skills5. For GCB 5 the person should have experience of working on a complex transformation and be able to lead engagements Requirements :- BA Digital 8+ years overall experience- Good Communication skills and good articulation- Demonstrates Business Acumen in the projects done- Senior stakeholder management- Experience in Banking domain - Retail, Private banking, Corporate banking- Experience being part of Digital Transformation projects with Banks- Business requirements gathering from stakeholders - including current state , to be state , Traceability, High level business solution- Analysis to support key decisions made by the Project sponsor or steering committee- Align the analysis effort to SAFe methodology.- Should be able to drive customer journies independently- PM Digital 8+ years overall experience- Good Communication skills and good articulation- Demonstrates Business Acumen in the projects done- Prior experience as Project Manager in digital transformation projects with Global Banks- Experience in Banking domain - Retail, Private banking, Corporate banking- Agile experience- Must have good experience with Jira, Confluence- Project Management skills - Stakeholder management, RAID Logs, Project Planning, Status reporting, Governance meetings, Project Benefits & Budget tracking.,
