Job Description

JD for BA (Busines Analyst):Minimum of 5 years - REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES:

  • Responsible for defining and managing the scope of business systems projects and production support defects/initiatives
  • Manages integrated functionality, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements of a system
  • Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business
  • Strong-to-superior analytical problem-solving ability, Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in writing business requirements and technical requirements, including mapping documents
  • Experience managing client expectations and eliciting requirements from end-users and ability to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple projects at once
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents common to the environment
  • In-depth knowledge of the Agile process and working in all phases.
