Job Description

    1. Technical writer
    • Understanding, documenting and designing the requested modifications/enhancements in the accounting system along with the technical team
    • Prepare the Business Requirement Document (BRD) / SRS / FRD Documents
    • Acting as a single point of contact for the Business function of the organisation for all accounting system related issues, enhancements and modifications
    • Prepares the Test case for the requested enhancements
    • Conducting testing of the requested enhancement along with the Business team and ensure that the testing results meet the expectations of the Business function.
    • Requires launch / Go Live preparation and training to end users for new projects/Enhancements
    • Recommend features / controls by identifying problems in the accounting system/Loan Management system.
    • Feasibility study and impact analysis for new business application projects/requirements
    • Co-ordination across multiple internal and external teams for various Project Deliveries
    Mandatory Skills:
    • MBA/BTech with at least 2-3 years of experience as technical writer with document preparation experience. Experience in finance function of a housing finance company (HFC) or Non-Banking Finance company (NBFC) shall be preferred.
    • Proven experience in Microsoft office suite
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
