Job Description

    The Business Analytics Developer, Business Analytics & Insights is responsible for delivering tools, intelligence, analytics, and insight that drive execution, performance, and new business. Must be comfortable with extracting, processing, and analyzing large datasets, have the operational mindset to understand what the key drivers of performance are and present the same to internal and external clients. They serve the business by leveraging the best available technologies to build business intelligence and analytical solutions.Seeking candidate with the following skillset A Minimum of 2-4 Years working experience in Business Intelligence Tools, products like Power BI , Spotfire (preferred), Tableau, QlikView, etc. knowledge on data preparation and transformation exposure to data science/data preparation tools, and/or ETL tools (e.g. Knime, Talend, Alteryx, SAS, Informatica, SAP BODS, SSIS) Hands on Relational Database experience and proficiency with SQL (SQL server,Oracle, DB2, etc.) Excellent Excel skills and advanced experience with Power Query (including M & Dax), Power Pivot, VBA, and Macros The ability to understand, navigate complex data models knowledge of Statistical Analysis techniques is plus Cloud and Big Data experience is a plus Coding skills in languages such as Python, R, VBA, JavaScript, are a plus Experience developing solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps and/or Power Automate, is a plus Experience developing solutions using RPA software is a plusKnowledge and Experience: A history of experience performing in Analyst or Business Intelligence roles Knowledge of relational and dimensional database structures, theories, principles, and practices Good understanding of and experience in, Clinical Research Services in general, and an in-depth understanding of the business processes performed in at least one function Excellent understanding of and experience working with, data in at least one function or domain relevant to clinical research Competency in MS Office applications including Visio, Word, and PowerPointQualificationsEducation: A Bachelor s degree in a related quantitative/analytical discipline desired (Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Business/Commerce) MBA or an advanced degree in a related discipline is a plusKnowledge and Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years experience performing in Analyst or Business Intelligence roles Knowledge of relational and dimensional database structures, theories, principles, and practices A general understanding and experience in Clinical Research Services in general, and an in-depth understanding of the business processes performed in at least one function A general understanding of and experience working with, data in at least one function or domain relevant to clinical research,
