    JOB PURPOSE:Infor LN ERP Logistics module end users supportAssist and Troubleshoot problems if necessary to ensure smooth flow of daily activities.Perform 1st level end user support and escalate to 2nd level if unresolved.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:End user support: Ensure Key and End users at all sites receive assistance, training and support needed to perform the activities on the system.
