Job Description

    Business Banking RM - SME- Acquire, grow and manage portfolio of Business Banking (SME), Clients (which would be in the turnover upto 100 crores) with ticket size upto 15 Cr.- Deliver month on month targets on Business Banking (SME) Loan Disbursals, Fund based and non - fund based, Processing Fee, Fee Income, CA Balance and Portfolio Health- Manage end to end client engagements in structuring deals, approval process through credit, on-boarding, documentation closure and transactional relationship support- Manage Credit Memo preparation and presentation to Credit Committee along with Credit- Drive Client Acceptance, Client Loan Documentation for on-boarding, draw-downs and recovery / restructuring efforts if any- Build and manage an asset portfolio which contributes to Business Banking (SME) Banking and generate profits at satisfactory risk reward ratios- Work closely with the Business Banking (SME) Regional Head and Transaction Banking team to develop sales strategy for Business Banking (SME) clients- Identify market trend and target customers- needs in order to review and recommend product / services offerings for Business Banking (SME) clientsAn Ideal Candidate should possess- Sound knowledge of Working Capital Loans, Transaction Banking products as well as general banking regulations.- Previous experience of handling Business Banking (SME) clients in Indian Market.- Entrepreneurial mindset to build the business ground up and subsequently scale it up rapidly.- Driving success - taking action, seizing opportunity, pursuing goals.- Showing resilience - thinking positively, embracing change, inviting feedback.- Communicating information - convincing people, articulating information, challenging ideas.- Building relationships - interacting with people, establishing rapport, impressing people.- Structuring tasks - managing tasks, upholding standards & focused on producing output.- Processing details - meeting timescales, checking things & follow procedures.
