Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Research and identify potential customers using various sources such as social media, online directories, and other tools
    • Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and purchase behavior
    • Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and increase brand awareness
    • Collaborate with other teams to improve the lead generation process, including analyzing metrics and identifying areas for improvement
    • Manage and maintain the lead database, ensuring accuracy and completeness
    • Communicate regularly with sales team to ensure a seamless handover of leads
    • Provide regular reports and analysis to track progress and identify areas for improvement
    • Ensure lead to conversion and meet and exceed targets assigned and agreed upon.
    Requirements:
    • 5 years of sales experience in a related industry
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Salesforce is an added advantage
