The Team Lead Sales will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales officers, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales, particularly in approaching shop owners.Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales officers to achieve individual and team targets.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively approach and engage shop owners within the assigned territory.
    • Set clear KPIs and performance targets for the sales team and monitor progress regularly.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive improvement.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and strategies.
    • Identify training needs and organize training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance metrics, and team achievements.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience in sales, with at least [X years] of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
    • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, particularly in approaching shop owners.
    • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve and exceed targets.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
