Details We are looking for a motivated person who has experience selling products in Indian market, possess knowledge about financial services and is be able to help Monexo, a peer- to- peer lending platform, meet and surpass company expectations to drive key strategic priorities and sustainable growth. Responsibilities: Work closely with executives and contribute to business development across all products and all customer segments and especially communicate and establish relationships not only with lenders but also with borrowers. Help implement sales strategies and reach sales targets, and assist in projecting sales volume and profit for Monexos products in India. Monitor metrics like customer conversion rate, revenue collection etc. Participate in developing relationships with key public and private stakeholders such as investors, business partners, bureaus, funders and international. corporations and create a network of reliable business partners and other key players in the financial ecosystem. Communicate and establish relationships not only with lenders but also with borrowers. Skills/Qualifications: 2 years of sales experience in selling products in India. Professional degree from a reputable institution. Good knowledge and understanding of sales and consumer behavior in India. An energetic, technologically forward thinking, positive and creative individual. Excellent interpersonal, persuasive and organizational skills including ability to make important decisions and resolve disputes. Must be driven, self- motivated and result- oriented.,
