    Dear Candidates,Greeting of the day!We have an urgent opening For Business Development ManagerJob Title: Business Development ManagerLocation: ChennaiReports to: Director - BDMEffective Date: October 1, 2022Job Summary:The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the Sales and Marketing activities for the Tamil Nadu region. He will be responsible for the whole lifecycle of a project which includes quoting for RFQs, closing the deal, ensuring all technical and commercial aspects are captured and finally ensure the parts are delivered and payments are collected on time. In the event of a dispute with respect to technical issues, he should have clarity of thought and ensure the dispute is settled in the correct manner and close it by collecting of payments.Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Sales in existing accounts
    • New customer addition
    • Engage technically with the customer
    • Payment follow-up and realization
    • Addressing RFQs and submitting quotations on time
    • Releasing Work orders and maintaining close connect with production department Timely updates for customers on current running projects
    • Ensure delivery activities like GRN, invoice submittance etc.,
    • Work with customer and production department in case of rejections& rework Attend relevant symposiums and exhibitions
    Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
    • Willing to travel on a daily basis to customers
    Education and Experience:
    • Graduate
    • Relevant experience is an added advantage but not essential
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering industry (Sales/ Technical Sales/ Software sales etc., Physical Requirements: Daily travel on customer visits
