Job Description

    Desired Candidate Profile :Role: Business Development Manager / Sales ExecutiveEducation: (B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA/MBA) Computer Graduates or equivalent to any Specialization or related field.Job Location: Chennai, INDIAJob Duration: PermanentABSOLUTE Requirements for success: 3 to 5 years of previous successful sales experience in a business to business environment (ideally in IT outsourcing services, professional services or solutions selling) Experience selling to small, mid-size and Fortune 1000 corporations Passion for delivering positive, measurable results Internally motivated with self-confidence and patience and a strong desire to exceed expectations Must be a highly skilled hunter and/or farmer, highly motivated by a performance based compensation planRoles & Responsibilities: Develop and sustain effective new business relationships in order to leverage and set up effective account management Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and. build relationships with C-Level executives Identifying prospective clients & create the go to market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical Develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing Willing to travel to Middle East Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques in securing profitable business Cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts. In addition, also enhancing business from existing accounts achieving consistent contribution and collection norms Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory. Prior experience with any of the ERP product will be a great advantage.Must-Have Attributes: Must have existing client company relationships Must be a self-starter and be self-motivated High Energy and hungry for success Must have intangibles sales experience Prior ERP selling experience will be a great plus Experience in RFP writing Ability to articulate value propositions Experience with team selling approach,
