Job Description

    Chain of Mother and Child Care Hospital in India is Looking for Business Head in Tamil NaduResponsibilities :
    1. Responsible for smooth functioning of the Centre with optimal operational efficiency, utilizing men and materials available.
    2. Coordinate and supervise the activities of different sections functioning under him/her by supervising the Sectional Heads on a day to day basis with periodic functional audit and review of targets.
    3. Streamline and ensure performance of all functionaries to achieve error-free activities in all processes and procedures.
    4. To conduct administrative rounds of the facilities at least once a day and take corrective on-the-spot actions to rectify defects or deficiencies.
    5. To conduct periodic audit of various services to ensure that the laid down procedures are practiced.
    6. To visit other Centres of the Hospital and interact with the respective Centre Heads and share ideas and practices, to complement each Centres functioning.
    7. To improve inter-departmental and inter-sectional communications, cooperation and coordination to develop a sense of ownership
    8. To identify & develop one senior member of the team to take over the duties of Centre Head in his/her absence.
    9. Ensure availability of sanctioned number of staff at all times and to take immediate pro-active action for suitable replacement, in case of separation of a staff member.
    10. To assist the employees for their professional self-development and ensure retention of the employees for longer period.
