• Deployment of FN BU strategiesAP Strategies DeploymentExecution of optimization projectsDeployment of quality management system frameworkKPI Performance ManagementAutomation and Digitization

more in detail you will be responsible for:AP Interface towards other units within and outside of FN COOManage the deployment of AP strategies and develop and align BU relevant strategy and executionManage transformation and optimization programs in collaboration with COO Program ManagersOwn AP Mode of Operation and Governance, development programs and resource plans in alignment with COOConduct and support Management and Performance reviews including Cost ManagementCoordinate critical process and operations escalationsCoordinate communications in AP maintain SharePoint sites, Yammer groups, facilitate All Hands CallsDevelop Procurement Category Strategies in alignment with AP BU HeadsIdentify and contribute to continuous improvement projects and measuresDrive Performance management of AP key KPIs (Product Cost, BOM Health, Should cost database, Cost Intensity)Manage Change Map SurveyImplement automation and digitization (PowerBI Dashboards, automated monthly reporting)Facilitate and document AP Leadership Team meetings, action items and follow-upGather Market Intelligence on Supply Situations and ProfilesYour skills and experienceBusiness AcumenCustomer FocusDealing with AmbiguityDecision qualityDrive for ResultsInnovation ManagementIntegrity and TrustNokia PortfolioProcess and MoO understandingWorking with virtual teamsAnalytical skillsIndustry, Market & Technology UnderstandingCommunicationFinancial acumen (for non financial professionals)]Knowledge ManagementProject ManagementProblem SolvingProcurement Knowledge, The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society.
