Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for providing support to end-users and maintaining information systems to ensure that they function reliably and in accordance with user needs. Other responsibilities include analyzing complex business problems, design and provide stable workarounds while a permanent solution is implemented. Responsible for providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and supporting systems and procedures that are cost-effective and efficient.We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:
  • Communicate with system users and/or customers; and investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system problems so that user problems are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
  • Tickets, requirements and incidents follow up.
  • Read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
  • Develop or recommend solutions to address gaps/improvements in processes;
  • Document solutions or processes in the area.
Here is some of what you will need (required):
  • Bachelor s degree in Systems or related.
  • Experience in Support area minimum 3 years.
  • Conversational Fluent English: Communication with end-users and customers.
  • Familiar with Support Ticket systems.
  • Experience in End User training.
  • Proactive and Diligent.

  • Knowledge in Equipment Maintenance systems.
