Job Description

Identify, evaluate and finalize suppliers to source auto parts for the vehicles built in India. Identify and cross match customer requirements from various markets parts and maintain X references in the computer system. Negotiate pricing and conclude orders, Inco terms, delivery times, MOQ, warranty terms etc with suppliers. Quality, packaging and shipment verifications. Build and maintain healthy supplier relationships. Study sales history or market potential and develop timely order forecasts. Stock analysis to identify slow moving items, profit potential, and optimize inventory. Review lost sale reports regularly and improve stock management. Measure and report customer fill rates and customer satisfaction. Warranty analysis and claim from suppliers. Liaise with sales team, read product bulletins regularly to identify new item requirements and obsolete items to be liquidated. Prepare and load parts master after due approvals. Liaise for logistics arrangements Be accountable for KPIs and Governance policies
