# Lead the development and support of ServiceNow provide guidance, training, and support to IT and business stakeholders# Participate in the research, analysis, and development of new applications and new modules in IT Service Manageme nt or other modules of ServiceNow #Over all 10years of industry experience with minimum 5 - 8 years of ServiceNow specific experience # In depth understanding of technical architecture of ServiceNow# Table level expertise to carryout impact analysis for incorporating changes to existing functionalities # Sound hands-on experience and knowledge on ServiceNow integrations# Hands-on experience in CMS(ServiceNow portal) and Service portal technologies# Very good Experience in SAM, HAM, Discovery, Service mapping# Custom app development experience # Application (ServiceNow) Performance tuning experience# Follows Best practices in ServiceNow development activities coding# Must have played a customer facing role with deep involvemen t in technical discussions # Should be strong (functional and technical) with all core modules of ServiceNow# ITSM, ITOM, Integrations, Orchestration, ITBM# Good communication skills# ServiceNow Admin certification preferred# ServiceNow Implem entation certification preferred# ITIL-F preferred .
