Responsibilities: Manage a team of 5 members and responsible for their throughput Responsible for Planning, Coordination, Monitoring & Status reporting Responsible for Deliveries On-time with Quality Lead engineer on CAE programs To handle Enquiries / Projects, prepare Proposal, Work Breakdown structure, Work Instructions, Quality Control plan etc To do comparative study for Numerical & Analytical Method of a given case To document FEA findings and Interpret analysis results to convert them to design suggestions / improvements. To perform and present gate reviews both internally and with customers Capable of performing all the functions of a CAD Designer Work as part of team Desired Qualifications Education: BE / ME (Mech) Experience: 10 Years Min Domain Expertise: Industrial Valves / Consumer Products / Automotive / Aerospace / Heavy Engineering Required Skills: Proficient in oCAE Tools - Hypermesh/ Ansa / Ansys / Abacus / Nastran / LS-Dyna / CFD Tools oCAD Tools Creo / Catia / Solidworks / Inventor Hands on Experience in Linear, Non-Linear, Thermal, Modal, Dynamics & CFD Core Experience in all 3 stages of FEA Pre-Processing, Solving & Post-Processing Conversant in Product Design Life cycle & Gated Reviews Strong analytical thinking & capable of performing hand calculations Conversant in manufacturing practices (Fabrication, Casting / Forging & Machining) Can interpret written specification or requirements Shows attention to detail and exhibits high quality standards in engineering documentation Ability to Handle, Motivate and groom the team on continuous basis Should have good communication skills ,
