Work with business analysts/users to understand requirements & help the IT team to develop good quality deliverables.Prepare BRDs based on the user needs & make sure document is detailed.Help the developer to reduce defects in IST/ UAT/production. Quality Focus is high.Identify risks and provide mitigation plan. Escalate issues on timely manner to the leads. Work Autonomously by taking ownershipMaintain very good working environment, Team spirit and Knowledge Sharing.To have a strong Customer Focus in order to provide a professional support service to both internal and external client.Gain application, business, functional and technical knowledge.Contributing ResponsibilitiesCommunicate ideas and develop strategy through presentations, demonstrations and specifications, supports and develops team members by providing guidance, coaching and knowledge sharingTechnical & Behavioral CompetenciesExperience: 8 to 12 years Skills:

• Business Analyst - Fixed Income and Collateral Management
• Test Management tools - HP ALM QC, JIRA, Load Runner
• Exposure on Accounting, Risk, Settlements and Pricing experience will be an added advantage
• Oracle SQL (Mid-level)
