Job Description

Handle private limited company compliances from various industries.2. Advising clients on queries relating to Income tax, GST, and other compliances every day.3. Building a robust team for handling GST, Income tax, and other regular compliances.4. Handling special assignments like Valuations, Transaction advisory, Organisation structuring, Tax planning etc.5. Closely working with Business Development team for scaling the company to the next level.Responsibilities & Accountabilities :- Do valuation for clients. - Prepare Statement of Accounts (SOA).- Prepare ITR filing.- Preparation of Financial Statements.- Providing Financial and Legal Advice.- Reviewing the work of junior associates.- Handle Futures & Options., Construction Co. Accounts or any other complicated accounting.- Managing a team.I Qualification(s) : CA Qualified.II Experience :- Nature of Experience: Experience in handling private limited company compliances, accounting and taxation. People with strong articleship, and experienced people from Audit firms are highly preferred. - Length of Experience ; 2 - 4 years. III Skill Set & Personality Traits required :- Conceptual understanding of accounting, IT, GST, and accounting standards.- Visible Leadership skills , can motivate others to achieve.- Strong professionally , credible with integrity.- Good communication skills.- Strong interpersonal skills.- Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.IV Age Group : 24 - 30 yearsVI Additional information :- Preference will be given to those with Articleship experience from Audit firms.- Candidates proficient in Hindi language will be given higher preference.VII Location : Chennai.,
